At LOGIN360, we strive to provide clear guidelines regarding refunds to ensure transparency and fairness:

Seat Reservation

Your seat is secured for 7 days upon pre-enrollment. It cannot be held beyond this period.

Payment Deadline

Candidates must complete payment of the remaining fees within 5 days of enrollment to confirm their registration

Course and Time Swaps

Requests for course or time swaps are subject to availability. To initiate a swap, candidates must pay 30% of the course fee and make the request within 10 days of enrollment.

Pre-payment Non-refundable

Pre-payments are non-refundable. This acknowledges LOGIN360 commitment of time and resources upon enrollment, including preparation of materials and allocation of staff.

Refund Exception

In rare circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of LOGIN360 management, subject to review of the specific circumstances and provided that the request is made within the applicable timeframe specified in our policies. Candidates are encouraged to carefully review these terms before enrolling in any program at LOGIN360. If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our Force Majeure policy or refund policy, please contact us at hr@login360.in.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure refers to unforeseeable circumstances that prevent LOGIN360 from fulfilling its obligations under the agreed terms of service. These circumstances may include:

1. Acts of God such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and other natural disasters.

2. Inevitable accidents that are beyond human control.

3. Natural causes like fires, storms, floods, and similar events.

4. Governmental or societal actions including war, civil unrest, labor strikes, and infrastructure failures.

In the event of Force Majeure, LOGIN360 will not be liable for any delays or failures to deliver services as outlined in the terms of service. However, every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and resume normal operations as soon as possible following the resolution of the Force Majeure event.
